The Refund Policy of Skin Science Clinic

No guarantee of results can be made. At Skin Science Clinic, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care. However, results from aesthetic/medical treatments cannot be guaranteed, as individual responses naturally vary from person to person. For this reason, Skin Science Clinic operates a no-refund policy on all treatments performed. Any images shown during consultation or online are provided as examples only—results will differ between patients.

Prepaid Treatments

Skin Science clinic do not offer refunds for treatments received, however, if you change your mind within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been redeemed you are entitled to a refund. If you pay for a course of treatments you will save a considerable amount according to the price of a course. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals, treatment areas or clinics. If you have started a course of treatment, we cannot offer refunds for the remaining sessions
