The small print
Programme Notes
- Rewards are based on annual cumulative spend and reset each calendar year.
- Once a reward is redeemed, the patient’s qualifying spend total resets to £0 and begins accumulating again towards the next level.
- Treatments must be redeemed within 12 months of qualifying for the level.
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.
- Eligibility is automatically tracked via our in-clinic payment system.
